eCardio VP loses bout with cancer

Richard Cooper Woodyard, a leader in eCardio’s management team, lost his two-year battle with cancer on Jan.19.

In his his role as VP of sales, Woodyard contributed to the company’s integration of new partners, products and technology through development initiatives, according to the Woodlands, Texas-based company.

Prior to becoming VP of sales, Woodyard served as the company’s VP of business development. His career comprised 26 years in the healthcare management field with focus in the cardiac device industry, said eCardio.
