Toshiba offers new features for Infinix-i cardiovascular system
Toshiba America Medical Systems has upgraded its line of Infinix-i cardiovascular x-ray systems to include volume navigation 3D roadmapping, new monitors and compatibility with Maquet Magnus tables.
Tustin, Calif.-based Toshiba said volume navigation 3D roadmapping is now available on all new Infinix-i cardiovascular systems, displaying the deployment of coils during intervention and linking the movements of the system components with the fusion 3D and fluoroscopic display to automatically align 3D overlay with the fluoroscopic image. New systems will also include 12-inch by 12-inch flat-panel ceiling-mounted detectors.
Toshiba’s Infinix VC-i and CC-i systems can now be combined with Maquet’s Magnus OR tables for open surgical and catheter-based interventions, the company noted.
