Rebecca Napier, MBA

Rebecca Napier, MBA, is the senior administrator for surgery at UT Southwestern Healthcare System. Before joining UT Southwestern in 2014, Ms. Napier was the department administrator for surgery and the enterprise administrator for the surgical chairs at the University of Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Pikeville and a master’s degree in business administration degree from Morehead State University. She is the immediate past president of the Association of Academic Surgical Administrators.
