Nicholas DePace, MD, a cardiologist from New Jersey, has sports memorabilia worth an estimated $10 million to $12 million displayed in a building near his home, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
That total doesn’t even include some of DePace’s most expensive pieces of memorabilia, which are not displayed because of insurance purposes. In all, DePace’s memorabilia is worth an estimated $40 million.
Organizers of the museum want to relocate the memorabilia to the sports complex in Philadelphia, where the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and 76ers play their home games.
