Boston Scientific, MSC team for endo simulation at TCT
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Medical Simulation Corporation (MSC) has teamed up with Boston Scientific to provide product- and procedure-based simulation experiences aboard Boston Scientific’s Mobile Simulation Labs to attendees of the 20th annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) scientific symposium.
Physician, nurse and technologist attendees can partake in simulation training at the Boston Scientific’s Mobile Simulation Labs for a hands-on session. Attendees may select from a number of introductory to advanced cases that are either procedure-based or product-based, according to the companies.
The Denver-based MSC said its procedural courses include carotid, iliac, SFA and renal interventions, and its product courses include high-risk coronary lesions (featuring Boston Scientific’s Rotablator rotational atherectomy system) and complex saphenous vein graft lesions (featuring the Boston Scientific’s FilterWire EZ embolic protection system).
