Arkansas hospital opens cardiology clinic, expands heart services

Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas, now offers cardiac diagnostic testing, treatment and management, as well as an around-the-clock emergency response team, according to a new report from ArkansasMatters.com.

The hospital opened a new cardiology clinic and is currently building an electrophysiology lab on its Benton campus. Cardiology services offered have been expanded because the hospital partnered with more local physicians.

One of them is Jeffrey Stewart, MD, a cardiologist that specializes in cardiovascular disease, preventive cardiology, interventional cardiology and other conditions. He is now seeing patients.
