A cardiologist in Miami has listed his three-story, six-bedroom mansion for $21.99 million, The Real Deal reports. The website said that James Margolis, MD, bought the house for $1.1 million in 1990.
Margolis’s home in Tahiti Beach Island in Coral Gables features a 90-foot dock and boat lift, 100 feet of bay frontage, a pool, Jacuzzi, floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights.
