Biotronik snags Medtronic's Horan as sales VP
Patrick L. Horan has accepted the position of Biotronik’s vice president of corporate sales for U.S. operations, effective May 14.

In this role, Horan will lead the sales strategy for group purchasing organizations, integrated delivery networks, regional and healthcare providers and overall U.S. pricing and contracting strategy. The addition of Horan will work in Biotronik’s cardiac rhythm management (CRM) market.

Horan was in the CRM industry for more than 12 years as senior director of operations development and other corporate sales roles at Medtronic. Prior to this, he held positions of increasing responsibility with Chiron Vision, Medtronic Neurological and Johnson & Johnson.
