Medrad taps Darby as VP of interventional unit
Medrad Interventional has named Jack Darby as its vice president (VP) and general manager of diagnostic and therapeutic lines of business.

Darby has previously served as senior VP of global Marketing and distributor sales of AGA Medical and was an angiographic sales representative and VP of commercial operations and global stent marketing at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Warrendale, Pa.-based Medrad produces medical devices including the AngioJet thombectomy systems, Avanta fluid management injector system, the Mark V ProVis angiographic contrast injector, Fetch aspiration catheter and GuardDOG occlusion system.
