AccessClosure shuffles execs
AccessClosure, a vascular closure device manufacturer, has made changes to its leadership board and has selected Gregory D. Casciaro to serve as its president and CEO, while its current President and CEO Fred Khosravi will assume the position of chairman of the board.

According to the Mountain View, Calif.-based company, previously Casciaro was president and CEO of Xtent, Orquest and General Surgical Innovations and held leadership positions at Guidant and North American Instrument. He will assume the role of president and CEO June 21.
